3. THIS INCLUDES: ORDERS PLACED BY MISTAKE, CHANGE OF MIND, AND FAILURE TO READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY.
Online Return Policy:
Thank you for your order. All of our items are FINAL SALE. No refund, exchange, or credit. We make best efforts to provide accurate measurements but if you have additional questions about size or fit please let us know prior to placing your order and we will happily assist you. We are always able to send additional photos or describe fit.
Watches: All watches are checked and are confirmed to be in proper mechanical working condition at time of sale. As a reseller, we do not offer warranties or perform additional servicing on watches beyond a 7 day return window for mechanical issues only.
Condition: As resellers of pre-owned merchandise, we are not affiliated with the brands we sell and do not offer any kind of warranty or repair service for damages or product wear like the original manufacturer after the item has been received by the buyer. All items are sold in the condition as described and we are not responsible for defects that occur in the care of the buyer.
All items are second hand and pre-owned and although we make every effort to describe condition flaws, there is some degree of imperfection expected with resale items as they are not factory brand new and may have microscopic flaws. We note general flaws that we think will be of interest to the average buyer but if you are a very picky buyer and are expecting factory perfect condition, it is up to you to ask additional questions about condition prior to buying as WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO SMALL FLAWS that are not glaringly obvious to the average person when carried / worn.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
